334th Fighter Squadron at the Savannah CRTC – Update 1

Savannah – The 334th FS is indeed working out of the Savannah CRTC this week; today they flew early afternoon and evening sorties into Townsend Range and the Coastal MOA. They’ve switched from squadron air-to-air frequencies to the air-to-air frequencies usually used by units visiting the CRTC.  Below are callsigns used today:

BRAD (F-15E, 334th FS)
EAGLE (F-15E, 334th FS)
HULKY (F-15E, 334th FS)
INVADE (F-15E, 334th FS)
RESIST (F-15E, 334th FS)
SINNER (F-15E, 334th FS)

257.800 – Savannah IAP Tower
353.775 – Savannah Approach/Departure
371.875 – Savannah Approach/Departure
282.200 – Jax Center Jekyll Low
277.400 – Jax Center Brunswick Low
363.200 – Jax Center Savannah/Allendale Low

237.000 – CRTC Ops; 334th FS “EAGLE Ops”
293.300 – CRTC; 334th FS air-to-air
328.500 – CRTC; 334th FS air-to-air
358.150 – CRTC; 334th FS air-to-air
363.900 – CRTC; 334th FS air-to-air
379.800 – CRTC; 334th FS air-to-air

228.400 – Townsend Range/Coastal MOA
226.975 – Townsend Range/Coastal MOA

Two flights did go out to the off shore operating areas this afternoon, but I wasn’t able to listen to them after they checked in with SEALORD on 284.500 so I’m not sure which frequencies they pushed to afterwards.

I don’t know if I’ll get another update in before they leave or not because I’ll likely be missing their activity over the next few days.
